Tina Huang was the lady who served us. She was very polite and assisted us with the orders. A pleasant environment plus good food indeed!

Our service was amazing. Our family came here while staying in Singapore. We were recommended to come here to try their chili crab. We got a set menu order. Our server Tina and her team were very friendly and made out experience superb!! For our first time trying chili crab it was amazing. I recommend the set menu all items were great! Thank you to Tina and team for providing us with a great experience at jumbo seafood. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try authentic Singaporean seafood!

Jumbo at Jewel is simply amazing. Been to the Dempsey branch but this is much better. Service is good, place is comfortable. The team leader Tina served us and helped us for our every need such as changing of plates, give us water when we choke on the chili 😅. What a pleasant experience! Please find Tina when you guys come.

The service of Tina is exceptional. She always make us feel at home and will also share her life experiences with us, bringing us alot of laughter. We always choose Jumbo at jewel because the service here is good. So we will continue to celebrate our special occasions here.

Tina has been really helpful even though we booked last minute. She made sure our cups are always full and keeping our mouth busy with the food that comes out. She paced the food very well so that we are not overwhelmed by the food served.

The food is fresh and of good quality, service was prompt and friendly. Ms Tina Huang and Ms Jin Mei have good customer service. I enjoyed the meal. Thank you Jumbo!

Thank you so much for tonight’s lovely dinner! Especially to Tina Huang who provided excellent service! Thank you for being so intentional, attentive and kind, her service has truly made the food even more special. Their Black Pepper Crab was amazing as ever, their XO Fried Rice hits every right note and even more. The Cod Fish & Live Soon Hock Fish had incredible texture and a good springy bite to them.

Came here many times but no chance for walk-in. You have to make your reservation. The lobster is always on 50% discount. This time we had abalone as it is at 30% off and surprisingly, it tasted good. Service isn’t great so don’t expect too much. Most of the staff seems like they are not well-trained.
